She started her career with “Engineers India Ltd.”, leader in oil and natural gas consultancy as management trainee.
She moved to software product development company Quark media where she was pioneered in starting combined campus practice across North India. .She took the drive from Punjab & Haryana to UP, to Madhya Pradesh to Haryana to Rajasthan. She covered nearly all IITs (across India) , NITs(across India) and regional top institutes. On recognition of her work She was invited as advisor for Govt. educational program.
Post successful career with Quark She joined as senior HR leader in Dell and later moved as HR location Leader in IBM Chandigarh.
She evolved as an entrepreneur in her stint in, Seattle based health care software company, Edifecs.
In her 20 years Corporate tenure she has handled large locations and has been successful in leading projects through teams of professionals across various cities in India and USA.
She now runs Openhand Solutions the company which deals in Human assets of the organizations and develops young achievers. She provides innovative and result oriented HR/Business solutions to customers.
In capacity of HR Leader and independent business consultant she has helped clients in complex business problems, Pitching their business for growth, enterprise strategy and enabled startups to open and run offices in India. She stands out in running compliance, ethics & integrity programs and has transformed the culture of organizations towards value based, ethical and diversity sensitive environment.
She has emerged as a diversity expert and runs POSH (Prevention of sexual Harassment at workplace) programs for organisations across the country. She takes care of Statutory compliance mandated by Supreme Court by providing complete POSH solutions. She is consulted on interesting employee issues and also her company undertakes investigations as external neutral agency.
